Return & Refund Policy

At Gold Star Hotlink Company, we stand behind the quality of our sausages and specialty meats. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want every customer to feel confident ordering from us, whether online or in person.

In-Store Pickup Orders

 

We offer convenient online ordering with in-store pickup. Once your order is prepared, you’ll receive an email letting you know it’s ready. We’ll hold your order at our store for fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.

 

If you change your mind or can’t pick up your order, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help you cancel it and issue a refund.

 

To cancel an online order before pickup:

 

 

 

We’ll gladly cancel your order and process your refund through our normal system.

In-Store Purchases

 

We want you to love what you buy. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unopened product with your receipt within seven (7) days of purchase, and we’ll gladly refund your money.

 

Please note: Perishable items must be returned in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.

General Notes

 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Orders not picked up within fourteen (14) days may be canceled at our discretion, but please contact us if you need extra time.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds on products that have been opened or used, unless there is a quality issue or defect.
